RESERVATIONS:
All reservations are due by August 19, 2022. All reservations must be paid in full by August 19, 2022. If received after August 19, 2022, a late fee of $100 will apply. All room reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
A $100 per adult/child administrative fee is non-refundable with deposit. Any cancellations made prior to August 26, 2022, will be subject to any penalties assessed by the hotel or other providers. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER August 26, 2022.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
All reservations, revisions, and special requests, including any disabilities must be in writing.
TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE:
The NJ State PBA strongly recommends travel insurance. Upon request, an application will be mailed to you. Insurance is for medical reasons only. The NJSPBA is not responsible for any losses or insurance claims.
MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS:
NJ State PBA shall not be held responsible for any acts, omissions, loss, theft or damage. NJ State PBA shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss or damage caused by accidents or events beyond their control. NJ State PBA and its personnel do not accept responsibility for loss or additional expense due to delay, change in air schedules, strikes, acts of God, or any other act beyond their control.
Prices are based on current tariffs and exchange rates and are subject to adjustment in the event of any change therein. All rates are based on current prices and are subject to additional security and fuel surcharges. No refunds will be made for any unused portion of the trip.
